Michael (Mike) Arnsby, A.C.C.I. - PRESIDENT
Michael has 30 years of experience in property management including 10 years working for two of London, Ontario's largest developers. This background enables him to provide experience as it relates to construction and maintenance, whether a condominium town home complex, high-rise project or commercial property. Michael has qualified as a Professional Associate with the Canadian Condominium Institute entitling him to use the designation A.C.C.I.. In addition, he is presently serving as a Director of the London Chapter of the Canadian Condominium Institute.

Linda Jantzi - BA, CGA - Corporate Accountant
Our accounting department is under the direction of Linda Jantzi. Linda has an extensive accounting background including senior positions with Canada Trust and Commonwealth Hospitality Inc. Holding a CGA (Certified General Accountant) designation, she has the responsibility to oversee the operations of our accounting staff.

Jacque Burns - Administration Manager
Jacque has over 20 years experience with the company and as Administration Manager, controls all banking, investor distributions and aspects of Human Resources. Her long time association with the company makes her a valuable resource.

Evelyn Arnsby - Senior Property Manager
Evelyn, who has over 16 years experience in the property management field, also has 12 years experience directly related to the insurance industry. Evelyn handles all of our insurance inquiries and the preparation of any documentation that relates to an Examination of Discovery. In addition to being well versed with respect to insurance requirements, including Directors and Officers Liability Insurance, she manages the operations of 4 condominium corporations.

Ray Thompson - Senior Property Manager
Ray has extensive experience in the building and construction industry as well as property management. His current portfolio includes many private as well as nonprofit housing complexes. An engineer by profession, he brings to our company over 25 years of management experience.
 
 
   
Diane Ridgway, A.C.C.I - Special Projects Manager
Diane has over 20 years experience in property management, land development and construction. She is directly involved in client liaison and specializes in difficult properties requiring special attention resulting from high vacancies, construction deficiencies, financial problems or simply properties with unique characteristics. Diane has qualified as a Professional Associate with the Canadian Condominium Institute entitling her to use the designation A.C.C.I. and has qualified as an Accredited Residential Manager (A.R.M.) through the Real Estate Institute of Canada. She is presently pursuing her Registered Condominium Manager (R.C.M.) designation through Mohawk College. Her past experiences as a financial manager in areas of both property management and construction, benefit in the management of the properties in her portfolio, presently including 10 condominium appointments.

Linda Francis - RCM - Property Manager
Linda has over 30 years experience in administration including 6 years in an accounting position. She joined our company after positions with Range Property Management and Larlyn Property Management where she spent the past 14 years specializing in condominium management. Linda has been a member of ACMO (Assoiciation of Condominium Managers of Ontario) since 1995 and is also a member of the Canadian Condominium Institute, London Chapter. With her RCM (Registered Condominium Manager) designation and her knowledge of condominium management, she is a tremendous resource to our company.

Mychelle Primeau - Collections Supervisor - PropertyManager
Mychelle is our in-house paralegal with over 10 years experience in the collection of condominium fees as well as having expertise in other legal matters. In addition to Mychelle's experience in property management, her past employment includes several years' involvement with financial institutions specializing in the area of collection.

  Brian Fuller - Accountant Consultant
The accounting department receives advice from Brian Fuller who has many years experience in accounting including terms with McKay-Crocker Construction, Key Property Management and Coopers & Lybrand, Chartered Accountants. Semi-retired, Brian continues to assist our accounting staff, most particularly in the area of non profit reporting.
