Pike - Maintenance Supervisor
Bob Pike has been our supervisor of maintenance for over 15 years. Bob
champions our qualified team of 8 property maintenance and service personnel.
We are experienced in all aspects of repair, maintenance and property
rehabilitation and are well connected to outside sub-trades.
We employ a fully staffed maintenance team on twenty-four hour call to
accommodate emergency situations. They are equipped with a paging system
allowing them to respond immediately as required. Our maintenance personnel
can perform detailed inspections at each property, depending on the actual
needs of the property and/or the Board of Directors. We would prepare
preventative maintenance schedules to ensure that the property is maintained
to its highest possible standards. We invite and welcome, participation
by the Board in the selection process. If the scope of the maintenance
or emergency repair work is not feasible for our maintenance department
we would then engage the service of the appropriate sub-trade to perform
the task.
Discounts are a very important requirement in our business, and our buying
power enables our company to pass on many benefits. Although we retain
a certain amount of loyalty to the trades who deal fairly and honestly
with us, our objective is never to overlook a new and aggressive business
who can offer us more for our money. This savings is again passed on to
the owners.
