Michael has 40 years of experience in the field of property management, including 10 years working for two of London's largest developers. This background enables him to provide experience as it relates to construction and maintenance, whether in a condominium town home complex, a high-rise project or a commercial property. Michael has qualified as a Professional Associate with the Canadian Condominium Institute, entitling him to use the designation A.C.C.I. In addition, he is a past Director of the London Chapter of the Canadian Condominium Institute and past president of the London Property Management Association.
Jacque has over 30 years of experience with Arnsby Property Management, and in her role as Administration Manager controls all banking and investor distributions, as well as aspects of Human Resources. Her long time association with the company makes her a valuable resource.
Evelyn, who has over 25 years of experience in the property management field, also has 30 years of experience directly related to the insurance industry. Evelyn handles all of our insurance inquiries, as well as the preparation of any documentation that relates to an Examination for Discovery. In addition to being well versed with respect to insurance requirements, including Directors and Officers Liability Insurance, she also manages the operations of two condominium corporations.
Diane has over 35 years’ experience in property management, land development and construction. She is directly involved in client liaison and specializes in difficult properties that require special attention resulting from high vacancies, construction deficiencies, financial problems, or simply properties with unique characteristics. Diane has qualified as a Professional Associate with the Canadian Condominium Institute, entitling her to use the designation A.C.C.I. and has qualified as an Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) through the Real Estate Institute of Canada. In addition, she has received her Registered Condominium Managers’ (RCM) designation. As Vice President of Finance she oversees all financial operations for the company and is a resource to the managers in the areas of condominium management and finance.
Chris has over 10 years’ experience in property management, with an extensive background in the management of residential and condominium properties. At present he specializes in the management of our non-profit housing portfolio.
Gary joined our company with over 25 years of experience in management throughout Canada and the United States. Gary has successfully achieved his RCM (Registered Condominium Manager) designation, which assists him in the management of his condominium portfolio.
Linda has over 30 years’ experience in administration, including six years in an accounting position. She joined our company after positions with Range Property Management and Larlyn Property Management, where she spent several years specializing in condominium management. Linda has been a member of ACMO since 1995 and is also a member of the Canadian Condominium Institute. With her RCM (Registered Condominium Manager) designation and her knowledge of condominium management she is a resource to our company.
Andrew joined Arnsby Property Management with over 10 years of experience in the real estate field, working for the Government of Ontario and in the private sector. He is currently working towards achieving his RCM (Registered Condominium Manager) designation. Andrew’s portfolio includes both condominium corporations and not-for-profit complexes.
Paul has joined our company, bringing 17 years of hospitality management in both Ontario and Alberta, with a focus on property renovation and development. Paul is a graduate of Fanshawe College, has achieved a Certified Lodging Manager via the American Hotel and Lodging Association, and holds numerous management certificates from Cornell University. Paul is currently pursuing his RCM (Registered Condominium Manager), which will assist him in the management of his condominium portfolio.
Sherry has joined our company after relocating back to Ontario from Calgary, Alberta where she was employed in the condominium management sector for over five years. Before becoming a condominium manager, Sherry spent over 20 years in the financial and real estate industry. Sherry is pursuing her RCM (Registered Condominium Manager) designation for Ontario, which will assist in the management of her portfolio.
Neil brings more than 10 years of experience performing building inspections, as well as an additional decade of experience managing rental properties, including high rise buildings. Neil also has over 20 years of experience in the insurance business. Neil has an Honours Bachelor of Commerce Degree from The University of Windsor and obtained several insurance designations during his time in the brokerage area. Neil has also served on many community boards over the years in Windsor and Essex County. Neil is currently pursuing his RCM (Registered Condominium Manager) Designation, which will assist him with the management of his condominium portfolio.
Mychelle is our in-house paralegal with over 20 years of experience in the collection of condominium fees as well as having expertise in other legal matters. In addition to Mychelle's experience in property management, her past employment includes several years' involvement with financial institutions that specialize in the field of collection services.
