The company is currently managing 35 condominium corporations
and dealing with all of the unique problems with unit owners and tenants.
M.F. Arnsby Property Management Ltd. is completely conversant with the
Condominium Act of Ontario and the new Condominium Act of Ontario which
received final approval and became effective May 5, 2001.

Our Non Profit Division is headed by Ray Thompson, who with his Assistant, oversee the operations of 15 appointments throughout Southern Ontario, including a major client who's 7 locations have been managed by our office for over 15 years. Our staff regularly attend the various Non Profit Housing seminars and we are an associate member of O.N.P.H.A.
