A Status Certificate is a legally required document in any condominium resale transaction in Ontario. Use this form to request a Status Certificate for a specific unit in an Arnsby-managed condominium corporation. Please note that a non-refundable fee of $100 CAD is required before the certificate can be released. In accordance with the Condominium Act, 1998, all status certificates are guaranteed within 10 business days of payment receipt.
Use this form to submit a non-emergency maintenance or repair request for your unit or common area. Our team will review your request during regular business hours and follow up to schedule the work. For emergencies during business hours — including flooding, heating failure, or water escape — please call our office directly at (519) 455-6080. Set up automatic monthly payments for your condominium fees or rent through our Pre-Authorized Payment Plan. Payments are withdrawn on the 1st of each month. To ensure your first payment is processed on time, please submit your completed form — along with a void cheque or equivalent bank form — by the 20th of the preceding month.
