Status Certificate Request

  1. Non-Refundable Payment of $100 CAD must be received by Arnsby before the status certificate can be released.

  2. Include the name, address, and phone number of the person receiving the status. If you prefer the status to be emailed indicate in the box below.

  3. IMPORTANT NOTE: When a status is generated it starts a process in our database. IF THE SALE DOES NOT GO THROUGH PLEASE NOTIFY Arnsby as soon as possible at 519-455-6080.

Emergency Matters during business hours 8:30 am to 4:00 pm (Monday to Friday) should be directed to our office at (519) 455-6080. After Hours Emergency Matters, please contact our Maintenance Line at (519) 455-6080 ext. 301. When calling this line please ensure this is emergency, as defined above, the misuse of the Emergency Line may result in a $100 plus HST charge per occurrence.

Each payment shall be treated the same as if I/We had personally issued a written direction authorizing the Corporation to debit the amount specified to my/our account. This authorization shall remain in effect until cancelled in writing by me/us
